Do you provide free quotations?
Yes, we provide free and no obligation quotations upon request.
Do I need plans to get a quotation?
Yes, you will need plans for a detailed quotation. However if you wish to discuss your ideas with us we can prepare a preliminary budget to get you started.
Can I live in the house while you carry out the building work?
Usually this is achievable, but it is subject to the volume of works that are being carried out throughout the property and most importantly your personal preferences with living requirements.
How do I find out if my proposed work will require planning permissions and/or be subject to building controls?
Our in house team are readily available to provide advice on this matter.

Are your building works covered by a guarantee?
Yes, an insurance back guarantee is available on all new build properties. All our other works are guaranteed for two years.
