Dark Star Brewery - 2018
Another quality finish in record time by GMB.
We were contracted to refurbish the barrel storage area, with new thermal insulation to keep the room cold and the beer at the correct temperature. We also re-furbished the floor surface with an easy clean non-slip covering that would be durable enough to withstand the heavy wear & tear of forklifts and finish the wall and ceilings with a hygienic and easily washable surface.
This was completed to a very tight schedule as the beer had to be stored at a constant temperature in a secret location.
The Lockhart Tavern - 2016
Dark Star enlisted GMB to renovate an old bar into a new pub for them around May 2016 time. This involved completely gutting the existing building and rooms above, renovating, refurbishing and a completely new fit out to fit in with the Dark Star style- re-wiring, re-plumbing etc. You name it and it was done here. It also included an extension which was only granted planning permission in August 2016, to create a new cellar and toilet block facilities. The Anchor Tap, Horsham
The Anchor Tap - one of Dark Star's pubs in Horsham, East Street was originally a shoe shop. After a full conversion including a new cellar, re-wiring and re-plumbing this is now a very busy pub for Dark Star.

The Evening Star- one of Dark Star's pubs in Brighton has been a well established and busy pub for many years now. Refurbished on time and within budget . More pictures to follow.
Chailey Heritage Foundation School
GMB has for many years been the nominated Electrical Contractor carrying out regular maintenance & certification of all electrical systems within the site.
The maintenance programme is complex and varied on a site of this nature with residential and educational facilities.
We provide 24 hour service to this site to ensure the continued well being of the residents & students who often need continuous medical care.
Over the last few years we have also carried out major building renovation projects such as;
Creation of new activity hub
Re furbishment of reception office & facilities
Alterations, decorations and kitchen installation in the meeting room facilities
We are currently installing new toilet facilities and hygiene units for the students.
